A monthly selection of conference documents. They reflect current agenda and subjects discussed by OSCE negotiating bodies. Seminar reports, announcements of future events and speeches by the OSCE Secretary General and Directors of OSCE institutions can be also downloaded from here.

  All our digital documents are listed in chronological order. Browse by date, topic or document type.
• Documentation
  The oldest institutional roots of the OSCE are located in the Organization's documentation repository in the Prague Office which has been the keeper of OSCE institutional memory since 1991.
• Researcher-in-residence programme
  The researcher-in-residence programme is run by the Prague Office of the OSCE Secretariat, where the bulk of archives is collated. Researchers are granted access to all records and to numerous topical compilations related to OSCE field activities.
